Lead time

Every piece is made to order. Allow 2–3 weeks from order to dispatch; orders placed this week start on Monday 21 September. We email you a photograph when your piece is on the printer and again when it ships.

All prices AUD. Rates are the same as Formada3D’s and come from one shared table. Lamps ship double-boxed with the base ring packed separately; international orders may attract local duties.

Returns

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within a few days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you — that applies to every order, personalised or not.

Beyond that, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery for standard, non-personalised pieces, provided the item is unused and in its original condition; return shipping is at your expense. Engraved pieces and anything printed to your specification are personalised and can’t be returned for change of mind.
